MeadowBrook Missions Summer Update

Over the course of the summer, MeadowBrook sent out a couple of missions teams to Siedlce, Poland and Belfast, Northern Ireland. In Poland, our team was able to spend time encouraging our missionary partners as well as the church and church plant they are working alongside. For a more in depth read of Poland, you can click HERE (insert the hyperlink to the Poland recap article).

Our Belfast team worked alongside our missionary partner to put on a kids camp at a local youth club. The camp was a success as they were able to engage Irish Catholic kids in the community and establish good relationships with them. Also, they were able to get into deeper Gospel conversations with the youth club director and others, including a man who was formerly in the IRA! According to our missionary partner (Nathan Brown), the kids camp has opened up doors for them to be able to do further ministry and get the Gospel to more people in the Irish Catholic community in Belfast than he expected. The Lord is at work in Belfast, which is a tremendously divided city still to this day!

MeadowBrook is not done going global this year! Coming up are trips to Costa Rica (August), Uganda (October), and East Asia (November) to round out the year. In 2027 there will be more opportunities for you to jump on board with us around the world and be part of Gospel-Centered Great Commission work! In the meantime, consider learning more as our Global Missions Cohort is about to kick off on Sunday, August 9th!
