Life moves fast. Between work, school, practices, and everything else on the calendar, it can be difficult to find time to slow down and invest in what matters most. That's why Wednesday nights at MeadowBrook are designed to help you pause, reconnect with God, and build meaningful relationships with others.

Wednesday Night Meal

Location: The Gym

Every Wednesday evening begins with our Wednesday Night Meal from 5:00–5:45 PM. More than just dinner, it's an opportunity to gather around the table, catch up with friends, meet someone new, and enjoy fellowship with your church family before the evening's activities begin.

Whether you're coming straight from work, school, or practice, the meal provides a chance to slow down, connect with others, and prepare your heart for a night of worship, discipleship, and community.

Reservations can be made through our Wednesday Night Meal Reservation.

Kids Choir (5:30 PM)

Location: Education Building 210

Children are invited to participate in Kids Choir each Wednesday at 5:30 PM. Through music and worship, kids learn how God can use their gifts to serve Him while preparing to lead our church family in worship throughout the year.

Preschool (Birth–Pre-K)

Location: Preschool Hall

Our Preschool Ministry provides a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children begin learning foundational biblical truths through age-appropriate Bible lessons, worship, crafts, and activities. Our dedicated volunteers create a fun atmosphere where every child knows they are loved by God and cared for by His church.

Kids (Kindergarten–5th Grade)

Location: Kids Theater

At 6:30 PM, Kindergarten through fifth-grade students experience KidStuff—our exciting Lights, Camera, Action!

Through acting, music, creative storytelling, and interactive experiences, children discover monthly biblical virtues that help them grow in their faith and apply God's truth to everyday life. KidStuff combines fun, creativity, and biblical teaching to help kids build lasting friendships while learning to follow Jesus.

Middle School (Grades 6–8)

Location: The Hangar

Middle school is a season of growth, questions, and new experiences. Each Wednesday, students gather in The Hangar for engaging Bible teaching, meaningful discussion, and authentic community that's designed specifically for their stage of life.

Our goal is to help students build a strong biblical foundation while learning how God's Word applies to the challenges and opportunities they face every day.

High School (Grades 9–12)

Location: Clark Hall

High school students meet in Clark Hall for worship, biblical teaching, and discussion that encourages them to develop a deep understanding of Scripture and live out their faith with confidence.

Every gathering is designed to help students connect God's truth with real-life application, equipping them to follow Christ at school, at home, and wherever God leads them.

Adults

Location: Dining Hall

Adults begin the evening together with a large-group Bible study before transitioning into breakout groups that encourage deeper discussion, practical application, and meaningful relationships.

During the fall semester, men and women also have dedicated Bible studies that provide additional opportunities to grow in God's Word while building lasting friendships with others.

Worship Ministry

Location: Worship Center

Wednesday evenings are also when our Worship Ministry prepares for Sunday. Choir members, musicians, vocalists, and production volunteers gather to rehearse and prepare to lead our church in worship each week.
