Randy joined the MeadowBrook staff as Senior Pastor in January 2001. He and his wife, Kay, were married in June 1986 and together have been blessed with three sons, Hayden, Evan, and Graham, all of whom are faithful followers of Jesus Christ. Hayden, the oldest, resides in Birmingham, Evan is a professional theater actor, touring various theaters in the U.S. and Graham is a class B lineman, helping to keep the lights on.
Randy is passionate about his family, being an under-shepherd of MeadowBrook, communicating the gospel, discipling believers to become disciplers and engaging global kingdom multipliers.
Randy earned a bachelor’s degree in religion and a minor in human development and family studies from Samford University. He has earned a master of divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Hunter joined the
He is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a degree in Chemical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. During his time at Alabama, the Lord called Hunter out of his pursuits in Chemical Engineering into the ministry, giving him a passion to study, teach and preach God’s Word. Kevin joined the MeadowBrook staff as Worship Pastor in June of 2016. Originally from Nashville, TN, he and his wife, Kristy, have been married for 20 years and have three children; Dalton, Noah, and Kenzie.
Kevin’s calling to lead the church in genuine worship shows in his ability to minister to people with a wide range of musical tastes and backgrounds. His desire is to take our congregation beyond music, into the presence of our Holy God. Of all the music of the church, Kevin’s favorites are hymns like “Worthy of Worship” and current praise songs like “Overcome” and “Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)”.
Outside of leading in worship, Kevin enjoys a good steak and sweet potato and is endlessly loyal to his hometown Tennessee Titans.
Kevin has previously ministered in churches in Tennessee and Georgia. Mike came on staff at MeadowBrook as the Missions and College Pastor in September of 2012. He and his wife, Tina, were married in October 2006. They have three children, Sophia, Isaac, and Luke.
During college, the Lord gave both Mike (from California) and Tina (from Alabama) a heart for the world and a desire to spread the name of Jesus among those who have not heard. After college, both of them entered into the Journeyman program with the International Mission Board…Mike to Egypt and Tina to Thailand.
After their Journeymen stints, they attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, where they met and eventually were married. After seminary, they moved to serve on staff at another church in Alabama before moving up to Gadsden in 2011.
Mike’s passion in life is to disciple people to reach the nations for Christ and to see true disciples multiply throughout the world, spreading the Gospel!
Matt Fike joined the MeadowBrook staff in 2015. Matt is a native or Florence, AL, a graduate of the University of North Alabama and holds a master’s degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky.
Although Matt was raised in a Christian home all of his life, it was not until his junior year of high school that he came to a saving knowledge and relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. God called him into ministry a little over a year later while he was on a mission trip in Montana.
Throughout his college years, God continued to confirm His calling on Matt’s life while he was practicing ministry on his campus and within his fraternity. Through Matt’s college experience and leadership training in campus ministry, coupled with his studies at seminary, he feels that God has equipped him with the necessary skills to serve in student discipleship ministry. Matt is committed to loving students and showing them the truth of the gospel and how this glorious gospel should motivate lives everyday.
Matt and his wife, Kelly were married in 2004. They are blessed with a precious daughter named Caroline. As part of MeadowBrook’s staff, they share in the passion to reach students in the Gadsden area for Christ.

Daniel joined the MeadowBrook staff in May 2016 and serves as the Communications Minister. He assists with church-wide communications, media production, and leads the tech team.
He graduated from the University of Mobile in 2012 with a bachelor’s in Worship Leadership and has a master’s in Strategic Communications from Liberty University. Throughout his time in college, Daniel had to opportunity to serve with Centrikid Camps as Production Leader and previously served as Student and Music Minister in Maplesville, AL.
In 2015, Daniel married his wife Candace who works as a School Counselor with Alabama Virtual Academy. They both are excited to serve and be a part of the MeadowBrook family.

Kristi came on staff July of 2010. She has worked in the Children’s Ministry for many years as a teacher, performer and writer. She has been a member of MeadowBrook for a decade. She is a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a degree in psychology. She has worked many years as a children’s counselor. She is the proud mother of the precious, Anna. Kristi LOVES to see children come to know the Lord as Savior!!

Vickey joined the MeadowBrook staff in August, 2006 and serves as Preschool and Families Minister. She and her husband, Rick, have two beautiful daughters, Jessica and Erin, son-in-law, Lance, and two precious grandchildren, Tate and Lydia. Vickey loves partnering with our preschool parents to start building strong spiritual foundations in their children from birth to 5 years of age.
Vickey studied Early Childhood Education at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi, and previously served on staff at First Baptist Church, Rainbow City as Preschool and Children’s Minister for 15 years.

Taylor joined the
She is a graduate of Texas A&M with a Psychology degree and is currently pursuing a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. During her time at Texas A&M, the Lord gave her a heart for studying God’s Word and making disciples of girls around her who are passionate about sharing the gospel to those around them. Throughout her college years, Taylor gained experience working with children and students through different organizations in College Station as well as working summers at a Pine Cove Christian Camp in Columbus, TX. After graduation, she married her husband, Hunter, and began working with 5th and 6th grade at a church in Dallas, TX.
