MB Young Adults - Fall 2026 Update

Chad Kitchens • August 27, 2026

Transitioning into young adulthood can be hard, if not one of the hardest things a person does. During this stage of life, our relationships with our parents change, longtime friends go off to do their own thing, and we are exposed to the world more than ever. We also often meet the person who will become our spouse, get our first big job, and even start a family. All of these “firsts” come at us rapidly in the roughly twelve-year span of young adulthood (18–30), yet this age group has historically been neglected in the life of the church.

By God’s grace, MeadowBrook has sought not only to engage the young adults of Etowah County with the gospel, but also to connect them to Christ and His Church, grow them as disciples and disciplers, and equip them to serve in ministry, missions, and worship, all to the glory of God.

If you are 18–30 years old, I personally invite you to connect with MeadowBrook Young Adults. Our young adults are both fun to be around and serious about the gospel. In fact, everything we do can be boiled down to this phrase: Bible-saturated community. In MeadowBrook Young Adults, we create spaces where we can gather, enjoy fellowship, and grow in our faith together. In a world of hyper-digital connection, young adults feel both the tug of isolation and the desperate need for community. Our ministry brings people together around the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Whether it's sitting together on a Sunday morning, connecting in a Life Group, or attending our young adult worship service, The Collective, there is space at the table for you.
